A great opportunity to meet fellow NowGen members and contribute to the format and future activities of the Community. Bringing together operational family directors, to share the experience of actively leading the family business today, managing the business, team and family needs in equal measure. This community exists for MD’s and other operational family directors to connect, and support those newly appointed, or well established in their leadership role, to share knowledge and best practice.
Hosted by Charlie Field (CPJ Field & Co Ltd), the informal drinks reception will allow introductions to be made, plans for the Community to be established and will start to explore the key themes, experiences and nuances of being a NowGen in family business.
