Family Business UK (FBUK) is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand our thriving community of family businesses across the UK. This role sits at the forefront of our mission to champion a sector that employs millions, shapes local communities, and invests for future generations. You’ll play a pivotal part in bringing new members into the FBUK movement — reaching out to prospective businesses, understanding their needs, and showcasing how FBUK can support their long‑term success.

As a key driver of membership growth, you’ll be involved the full sales cycle from first contact to onboarding, while helping strengthen FBUK’s presence across the business landscape. Business Development Executive

This role is ideal for someone who loves organisation, relationship‑building, and making systems work smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be a key contributor to FBUK’s digital transformation, helping implement new CRM processes and strengthening how we use data to support members. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll help enhance the value proposition, improve workflows, and ensure we continue to deliver a member experience that matches our ambition to build Britain for generations to come.
