Business Development Executives
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of FBUK’s network, playing a crucial role in attracting new members. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential members, showcasing the benefits of FBUK’s offering, and ensuring strong, long-term relationships that support the organisation’s sustainability and impact.
Communications Manager
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver FBUK’s communications strategy, ensuring we effectively position ourselves as the leading authority on family business issues in the UK. You will be responsible for developing compelling content across multiple channels, managing media relations, and crafting key messaging that amplifies our voice. Working closely with senior leadership, members, and external stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in raising FBUK’s profile and increasing our influence.
Communities Manager

Policy & Research Manager
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping policy that impacts family businesses across the UK. You will be responsible for monitoring key policy developments, conducting high-quality research, and producing consultation responses, reports, and briefings. Working closely with the Policy Director, members, policymakers, and industry leaders, you will help develop well-researched policy positions and strengthen FBUK’s influence.
Public Affairs Manager
This is a new and exciting role at the heart of FBUK’s advocacy efforts, offering the opportunity to shape and drive our political engagement programme at a pivotal time for the sector. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring FBUK is at the heart of key policy discussions and engaging with government and other stakeholders, while delivering impactful advocacy campaigns that support our members and the wider sector.
