Tim Nicholson, Head of Debt Advisory, KPMG Corporate Finance: Tim heads KPMG’s Debt Advisory team and has c.25 years’ experience of providing independent financing advice to a wide range of privately-owned, PE-backed and listed businesses. He specialises in developing and implementing debt financing strategies across the funding markets to support acquisition, investment, and growth. Tim has advised borrowers access the spectrum of financing products including bank financings, private placements, bonds, asset-based lending, leasing, property financing, leveraged buy outs and recapitalisations, structured finance, securitisation and restructurings.
