I work with enterprising families, family businesses and their advisers to help them navigate the human side of wealth and ownership — alongside the structures that support it.

My work often centres on periods of transition: succession, growing complexity, evolving family roles, governance design, and questions around purpose, participation and stewardship. I support families in having clearer conversations, making thoughtful decisions, and helping different generations engage more confidently and constructively with shared wealth and responsibility.

I also act as a thought partner to family office executives and advisory teams, bringing an independent perspective that bridges disciplines and helps align decisions and structures with the family’s wider aims and values.

Having previously held senior roles at Allen & Overy, Barclays Wealth, Salamanca Group, KPMG and BDO I now run an independent advisory practice focused on making wealth meaningful — helping families use wealth in ways that are purposeful, sustainable and aligned with what matters most to them.
