The Membership Manager is a critical role for FBUK responsible for delivering an exceptional membership journey and experience. Focusing on the retention of members, this role plays a critical part in scaling membership operations and experience including the core value proposition. Implementing efficient workflows and acting as a key stakeholder in digital transformation projects, this role will include the rollout of a new CRM and tech stack, ensuring data integrity and compliance and driving process improvements to support organizational growth.

Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the growth of Family Business UK’s membership base through the design and delivery of a high-performing business development strategy. This role focuses on identifying, engaging and converting new family business members – working alongside the Membership Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding and long-term relationship. It is a commercially focused role that combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery to meet ambitious acquisition targets.
