Rachel Fehily is Operations Director at RHF Fans, a third-generation family-owned industrial fan manufacturer based in Irlam operating since 1981. She joined the family business to work in marketing, discovered she loved manufacturing, and has since built RHF’s HR, Health and Safety, and quality functions while running operations for a team of 50 staff. Rachel was recognised in Make UK’s Top 130 in 2026, sits on the board of engineering skills charity Enginuity, and is a founding trustee of Little Ripples. She speaks up for family-owned British manufacturing and for getting more women and young people into the industry
