A Family Council forms an important communication bridge between the business and the family whether it is educating the family for their future responsibilities, acting as a bridge between the family and the business to settling disputes within the family.
Join us for an in-depth case study with Alexander Bradford, who will share his experience chairing the Bradford & Sons Family Council. Alexander will discuss the challenges of leading a complex, multi-generational family council within a long-standing, historic business, as well as the practical methods used to create structure, alignment, and effective governance.
Following the case study, there will be a Question and Answer session to delve into the topics raised in more detail.
This community exists for those in Family Councils to connect, and support those newly appointed, or well established in their leadership role, to share knowledge and best practice.
