Catherine van Weenen is Chair of the L&SE Regional Board and Regional Managing Director for Commercial Mid Market for the Territory, and leads a team of 370 colleagues in Commercial Mid Market across L&SE, predominantly in Relationship Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager roles, supporting customers.
Catherine has spent over 25 years in Corporate and Commercial banking roles, including a number of years spent leading teams in the East of England and now London & the South East. Catherine leads the Family Business, Fin Crime and Consumer Duty champion roles for CMM nationally. Catherine is passionate about organisational health and how we support customers to achieve their strategic ambition. Catherine has 2 children, Jasper 13 and Amara 9, and enjoys reading, running and cycling with her children.
