Matthew is CEO of BENNIE, a 4th generation family business operating the in the materials handling equipment, construction materials and footwear manufacturing sectors.
With a fast-growing materials handling business as well as the UKs largest topsoil provider amongst the Group businesses it is a very diverse group of companies headquartered in Northamptonshire.
Before joining the family business Matthew was part of the team that established the Shared Service Infrastructure for the John Lewis & Waitrose and then worked for a software start up called Yocuda that went on to be acquired by Westfield Group then Global Blue.
