About
Join us to visit Woodmansterne Publications Milton Keynes distribution centre for an exclusive behind‑the‑scenes look at how one of Britain’s leading greeting card publishers brings its collections to life.
Founded in 1953, this third‑generation, family‑run business continues to be guided by the Woodmansterne family’s vision and values. All cards are printed in Watford on the historic Croxley Mills site — the birthplace of modern stationery — and distributed nationwide from Milton Keynes, enabling the delivery of over 30 million cards each year.
With its award‑winning Croxley Press and a reputation as the UK’s leading greeting card publisher, Woodmansterne Publications champions British creativity through collections featuring Quentin Blake, the National Trust and Punch.
The tour offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from the Woodmansterne family and to see how family leadership, craftsmanship and modern logistics combine to create one of the UK’s most successful independent publishing operations.
