Sarah qualified as a Chartered Accountant alongside completing her law degree before moving into industry, where she held finance roles within high-growth, customer-facing businesses across both privately held and publicly listed organisations.
For the past 15 years, Sarah has specialised in the family office sector. She began by leading the finance function of a traditional landed estate, gaining first-hand experience in balancing the complexities of multiple operating businesses within structures shaped by more than 400 years of history.
Over the last six years, Sarah has worked closely with the Dean family, owners of Noble Foods, playing a key role in the development of their family office into what is now known as Beeches Group. Established as an entity in its own right, Beeches Group operates alongside and in support of the wider Noble Foods Group. It manages a diversified balance sheet, oversees cross-generational shareholder relationships, and safeguards the family’s long-term vision and values. While these values remain closely aligned with Noble Foods, Beeches Group provides a dedicated platform through which the family’s personal priorities and legacy can be managed independently, while the trading business continues to evolve with both family and external influences.
