The eldest of the 4th Generation of the NG Bailey family, Claire has been involved with the Family Council for over 15 years (chairing it until recently) and has been a Family Non-Executive Director (FNED) for nearly 8 years. During her time as Family Council Chair she supported the articulation of the family’s values and Guiding Principles for the business, and the formation of the Next Gen Council and associated Next Gen development programme. Most recently the family have introduced an Owner’s Council, which she sits on as part of her FNED role.
