Matthew has over 20 years’ experience working across policy, external affairs and communications.
He has spent a significant amount of his career representing small (and a great deal of family) businesses. While at Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) he led on education, skills, business support and transport policy. He also served as the London spokesperson in the media and spearheaded political engagement.
Prior to this, Matthew worked in the Cabinet Office within the Better Regulation Executive and the Strategy Unit.
In his spare time, Matthew is a keen padel and tennis player and enjoys ‘very fair-weather’ golf.
