Caroline is second generation in her father’s independent media agency, JAA, that he founded in 1978. She joined the business 5 years ago having built a career in sports marketing. She is Marketing Director and spearheads business development and growth. Personally, she coaches netball and is on a journey of neurodiversity discovery bringing up her autistic son.
